Scott has 28 years of experience in Alaska. He has extensive experience in complex technical design and documentation for a wide variety of facilities. His technical and analytical problem-solving skills are a valuable asset to RIM. Scott manages RIM’s Specifications Department, and provides quality control reviews for the majority of the firm's projects, as well as peer reviews for other architectural firms.

Aaron Joseph has been a member of the Alaskan A/E community for 33 years. He is a gifted designer and an innovative thinker. He has served as project manager, project architect and lead designer for commercial buildings, schools, industrial facilities, office buildings, renovation of existing facilities, and numerous Department of Defense projects. He is particularly adept at managing large design teams.
