James has 24 years of architectural experience in Alaska. Scott manages RIM’s Specifications Department, and provides quality control reviews for the majority of the firm's projects, as well as peer reviews for other architectural firms.

He has served as project manager, project architect and lead designer for commercial buildings, schools, industrial facilities, office buildings, renovation of existing facilities, and numerous Department of Defense projects. He is particularly adept at managing large design teams.
