Dai-Ichi Saipan Hotel Lobby & Entry Improvements
RIM Architects is currently working on a new entry design that provides the Dai-Ichi Saipan Hotel with a new tropical entry presentation. This design includes two new entry canopies, a pedestrian link to the Garapan Mall across the street, a new property signage, upgrades to site lighting, and the introduction of lush tropical landscaping throughout. The hotel guests' experience will be further enhanced by the soon-to-be newly renovated 16,000 SF lobby and reception area. This renovation includes all new finishes, lighting, signage and custom designed furnishings, artwork and accessories, and has a contemporary tropical theme.
