The JL Tower provides its tenants with 14 stories of convenient facilities and flexible office space punctuated by breath-taking mountain and inlet views. Its location provides for quick accessibility in and around the city and is just blocks away from a variety of amenities. The JL Tower offers an indulgence in quality and detail from imported limestone panels on the exterior to generous windows, stone flooring and rich wood accents on the interior. It is the pinnacle of sustainable design in Anchorage, pioneering an environmental voice.
The JL Tower showcases quality and convenience in the elements of its design. As the complete and ultimate corporate environment, the JL Tower delivers uncompromising design, upscale finishes, comprehensive planning and built-in amenities for a sophisticated corporate lifestyle.
The prominence of the unique silhouette rises above the midtown skyline. The interior is formed with creative and efficient space planning in both the common areas and tenant space where a virtual column-free layout is used for maximum flexibility in operations and management.
Tenants and guests enjoy a gallery-like setting as they enter the main lobby. Here, renowned art will be showcased as well as in the plaza. Soft seating, Wi-Fi access zone and an open cafe create a pleasant space to break or host a casual meeting.
The entire building embraces sustainable design technologies that are energy efficient and environmentally responsible, and work together to create a high performance work environment. The building has been certified by the U.S. Green Building Council as LEEDŽ for Core & Shell Development 2.0 Silver. LEED certications for two of the tenant spaces are pending.
